2 offices at NFA headquarters in QC ransacked

Police started Thursday an investigation into the ransacking of at least two offices at the headquarters of the National Food Authority in Quezon City.

A report by radio dzBB's Allan Gatus quoted NFA spokesman Rex Estoperez as saying that the affected offices included the public affairs and human resources departments.

Quezon City Police District Scene of the Crime Operations (QCPD-SOCO) operatives cited initial information that drawers in the two offices at the NFA building's third floor were flung open.

The report did not indicate the things that were lost in the incident, but said police may ask NFA officials for closed-circuit television footage, if these are available. — LBG, GMA News
