Rain expected on All Saints’ Day - PAGASA

MANILA, Philippines – People going to cemeteries to visit the tombs of their loved ones on All Saints’ Day should bring umbrellas, the weather bureau said Sunday.
The Intertropical Convergence Zone affecting the country will bring scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in eastern and southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

However, no typhoon is expected to enter the Philippine area of responsibility within 24 to 36 hours, PAGASA weather forecaster Bernie de Leon said.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas. Their coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Light to moderate winds coming from the east to northeast will prevail over Mindanao with slight to moderate seas, according to PAGASA. – report from Apples Jalandoni, ABS-CBN News
